RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Upon receipt of your application, if you appear to fulfil the criteria and we feel that you can bring something exceptional to the company, we will aim to respond within 3-4 weeks.

It is extremely important for our recruitment team to diligently review all applications individually whilst employing a number of best-practice assessment procedures alongside internal discussion. Due to this it may occasionally take us longer to respond, so please bear with us during this process.

ROBUST VETTING

Owing to the sensitive and demanding nature of our work and to continue to be able to provide clients with a superlative standard of service, we maintain a strict vetting procedure to ensure that we employ individuals with honesty and integrity that will add value to our clients and make a positive contribution to B-GR Group

Once initial applications have been received and reviewed, successful candidates will be invited to complete a vetting questionnaire and a pre-employment health and lifestyle declaration prior to meeting with one of our vetting officers where each case will be treated individually with great care being taken in reaching a decision.

B-GR Group offer a combined remote and on-location internship programme several times throughout the year and are proud to be the first destinations for recent graduates from some of the finest institutions in the world.

The programme enables international university students to gain further experience within the risk management industry allowing you to demonstrate your learning capabilities to a global audience. Candidates will usually possess a demonstrable background in global security issues and geopolitics in addition to strong written English and presentation skills whilst studying for a master's degree or similar.
