I am very lucky to work for Bradburys. Since my time with the company they have helped me and my family in Cebu City in the Philippines. When Super Typhoon Rai hit the country in December 2021 it caused power outages for seven weeks and my house was in need of repairs, Bradburys went out of their way to support me and my family.

My name is Barry. I am 60 years old. I was employed as a relief security guard by Bradburys. I was then offered a full time position. I have dyslexia. I can read but takes me a while to do this so I use an app on my phone to help me. Other things with my dyslexia are I don’t retain things very well and struggle with spelling. This did not stop Bradburys from hiring me as a security guard in the business. Since being there they have gone out of their way to help me. Implementing various things to support me with my day to day work. They have been more than helpful and gone above and beyond for me. Even giving me more time to help me settle in and to get used to the job. I would like to say a big thank you to such a great company who recognise people like me who have a disability.
